How do I find out if voicemail is included in my plan? And how do I activate it?
301dartman, excellent question. We definitely want to help in any way we can. All phones come with a basic voicemail. You can normally access it by dialing *86. However, we can always add a Visual Voicemail feature to your line, if the device is compatible. What type of device do you have? We're eager to hear back from you.

All plans include voicemail. Either basic or visual voicemail. iPhones can use built in visual voicemail.
