What is Monthly Line Access?

Not sure if I selected the correct message board. Been using Verizon ISP for about ten years and first time using the board and can't make heads or tails of the site - seems to change about as much as I change socks.

I'm still usuing the old Mifi 55100L-ED87 Jetpack. Having trouble find the IPConfig Settings - used to be so simple. Could someone point me in the directions of where to find the IPConfig Settings? Everytime I try pull up http://my.jetpack/ or 192.168.1.1 I keep getting Can't Load Page.
