I had the same ringtone for 15 years and suddenly it's gone, and course I got the same load of garbage from verizon
Log into your MyVerizon account online and go to the ringback tone management site and verify your line still has the feature.
Personally I never saw the appeal of the ringback tones and would prefer to ringing instead of some odd song that I may or may not have heard of or like be forced on my by the person I'm trying to reach.
