I attempted to lower my bill by switching to 8g data plan. If i switch from unlimited to an 8g line fee then i am charged a line fee of $20/per phone. So you dont really save that much. Plus I am not able to customize my plan so i have unlimited on 1 device but not others. It is frustrating as I don’t believe the data packages are geared towards customer service, it is geared towards Verizon making more money. I get it that it is a business, but I am sure they are not hurting.
Just a few frustrations.
