I was previously using an iPhone 6 and upgraded to the iPhone 7. I'm trying to get the phone number on my previous phone to work on my new phone, I thought it would just carry over since I upgraded through the site. The instructions that came with the phone say to use my old phone to turn off find my iPhone or remove my Google account but my old phone is broken and won't turn on so I can't do either of these.
I also went into my "Devices" section to see if I could carry my phone number over to my new phone but it only lists my old cell phone.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
