My phone won't turn on. It was fully charged throughout the night and I used it this morning. I set it down and 10 min. later came back and the phone had a black screen and wouldn't turn on. Tried to plug it into outlet in case for some reason it didn't charge and still nothing. I held the on buttons for over 10 seconds and nothing. Phone is only a few months old. Never dropped or gotten wet. Any suggestions on what is going on or how to fix?
