Today is Thursday April 25th and I haven't had service since Monday th 22nd. I've been calling customer service everyday and all I'm told is the technicians are working on it.
I rely on my services to work as expected every day. Service concerns are not what we want for you. Let's see what we can do. I understand you've addressed this concern previously. Do you know other VZW customers with the same concern? How far do you have to travel to receive service? What's the name of the city associated with the problem area?
