Recently my wife and I are unable to receive calls on our iPhones when we are at home and connected to our Samsung 4G LTE network extender. My wife has an X and I have an Xs. We can make calls all day long without issue. People have been telling us for over a week that when they try to call our numbers just going to voicemail. We don't even get a notification of missed call or voicemail. Very aggravating. Also my wife has a Galaxy S9 for work and it is just fine!!! Makes and receive calls without issue. She would rather it not work on her company phone. HA! So it is just the iPhones that don't work.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?
Does verizon know anything about this?
