Apps for call blocking

Hi there - we have the Family Safeguard plan for Verizon that allows blocking up to 20 lines, but we need one that will block more than that. Verizon chat assistance said there were 3rd party apps that can do this. We need texts and calls blocked...for Kyocera DuraForce Pro2 phone. Can anyone please assist? Thanks!
