how do i start my apple music with beyond plan???

I have the plan where Apple Music is free and every time I click enroll it says It can't complete my request. I have tried doing on the app and on the computer but it still said the same thing.
I can’t get Music to recognize that I have a subscription through Verizon. My line shows I have it on My Verizon page but Apple Music keeps wanting me to sign up through Apple. When I click “joined through Verizon”, it just goes back to the page offering plans. If this isn’t able to be fixed, I need to drop back down to my previous data plan. I only moved up to the more expensive plan because I bought this iPhone XS Max and wanted Apple Music.

I just went in to my Verizon and unenrolled from Apple Music then re enrolled got the text message with a link. Tapped that, it opened my Apple Music app where it DIDN’T recognize that I have a valid Apple Music subscription. So mad I could chew iron and spit nails.
My plan DOES include Apple Music. What next?
