Now after the update yesterday, my phone tries to receive calls but phone app vkeeps closing. Never rings regardless what number calls me. I call out flawlessly.
We understand looking to use your device at all times. Have you tried any troubleshooting with this device? Are text messaging or data working? Are you able to start a call yourself? If so, can you please try a test call to #832? Let us know what message you receive.
