Short version...ataff at the Verizon Wireless location handled the data transfer to my new phone, and I didn't get it in my hands until the factory reset was done on my old phone, an LG G5. None of my photos, files or ringtones transferred and I didn't realize until I had left the store. Nothing in the Google cloud, Verizon cloud, anywhere. Initial additional recovery software wasn't able to bring anything back in store either.
I'm on hold with Tier 2 support now, but has anyone had luck recoverling like this before?
