I finally just deleted Google Play and Google Apps store and I use very little Data anymore. Whether designed by Google or Verizon these two apps running on your cell phone will burn GB's of data each month even if your not using them. Even change background data settings did not help so I just deleted them. Have you ever wondered why your bill is getting higher along with your data usage?
I now use another audio player for my downloaded playlist and get my apps through other app stores like Samsung Apps. I still use my phone for hot spot wifi, maps, and Facebook Biz and internet and now saving hundreds of dollars by being able to reduce my monthly Data Plan.
