Can't connect to wifi on unsecured network using Adroid 9.0

An older version OS of Android 6.0.1 allows me access to unsecure wifi network at work. Got a new G7 power motorola and it connected without issue. The next day I came to work and it will not load the redirect page to allow me to enter a username and password to login to the network. What can I do?

are you using smart switch (whatever motorola calls it) from network to wi-fi?

As a frequent Wi-Fi user myself, I can imagine how frustrating this must be. Let’s get to the bottom of this. What happens when you try to connect (page freezes, error message, etc.)? Are you able to connect to other unsecured Wi-Fi networks on that phone?
