UPS lost my shipment of my trade in phone and now I need to find out how to get my trade in credit from UPS or verizon. Verizon is the shipper and receiver to the UPS label that was created. How do I flag my trade in phone so that it is not being used by someone and how do I make sure verizon will honor the trade in amount on my new phone. I know it is not verizon's fault but not mine also.
