Quick question about my Verizon hotspot account. The jetpack I'm using is the one I received 4 years ago. I was looking at my account details and I notice it says "1 upgrade available". What is the upgrade and does it cost anything?
The line is eligible for upgrading the Jetpack to a newer model. Yes it will cost something, how much depends on which Jetpack you purchase.
