Can't delete email message

I 'm having an issue not being able to delete a message on one of my business accounts.

I've tried shutting down the phone and turning it back on...nothing.

From my work PC, the email does not even exist: it does not appear in my inbox, nor my trash.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

exactly how are you trying to delete it (what steps are you going through). also, in you r phone's email settings you can turn off "delete from server." if you do this then all of your emails will go to your phone AND your pc. if that feature is on, then you will only receive new emails from whichever device you pull the mail from (if you pull new messages in the morning on your phone, they will not show up on your pc. then if you pull newer messages from your pc that afternoon, they will not show up on your phone).

I've tried to open the email but it "blinks" and brings me back to the inbox, with the delinquent email still set as unopened.

if you open your email app then select menu--->delete....you can check the box next to it to delete it. but if you don't have a copy on the server, then it will be gone for good and i'm assuming you don't know what it contains. not sure why it wont open though???

I tried this step, but when I hit delete, the messages don't appear, but when you go to the main screen they are still there. I'm also having the issue when I try to open the message, it blinks and takes me back to the inbox....

It is an e-mail message and I want it deleted and I cant delete it. This was trial app. now its over and I am not buying it but I can't erase it. It only gives me the options of buying or exiting. Any information on this will be great.

I am have the exact same behavior with my Droid Incredible. It seems as though it is due to the contents of one of the e-mails, since it deleted everything up to that message, but now it behaves exactly as you described and I cannot delete any messages -- and there are four in the inbox now. :smileysad:
