This extender is about 10 yrs old and seems as though it's not working well lately. Is it LTE? Does it support the latest cellular data protocol?
ultimately do I need a new one?
That is the 3G EDVO network extender. If you still need an extender, you need to replace it with the 4G LTE network extender model.
