I live in a rural area where Verizon is the only ones that provide internet and the coverage map claims to have good service at my house. Well I have my phone and a jet pack thru them and device really terrible. Most the time I have 1X. I wanted a signal booster they don't offer one for a loaner during the duration of your contract. After I spend all this money with them then just want more instead of helping out their customers. Maybe time to switch to AT&T or sprint?
