MIFI8800

Currently using the MIFI8800L which I absolutely love. My plan is 30GB w/rollover. I want to know if the MIFI8800L qualifies for the "CONNECTED HOME SINGLE DEVICE " 40GB data plan. I find myself pushing my 30 GB limit and getting slowed down in safety mode.
