My husabnd and I bought a Samsung extender about 4.5 years ago for our home. We have "No Signal" without it. With it, we have full signal and clear service. Just recently, the signal has stayed the same but the service is awful and can't hold a conversation. We live in Rural Western NC, cleared land around us and it has only happened the past month or so. We both have Iphones through Verizon (no other provider in our area has as good of service).
Is the extender just old and we need a new one? Any options for us?
