4G Samsung Extender on GPS Connection

My 4G Extender has been working fine for over a year. In the last few days, the blue light is continuously blinking, and I have Searching for GPS please wait. However it never finds the GPS. I have powered down the device and the Comcast modem too, same result. Any additional suggestions?

I have the same problem. Blue light blinking and telling me it is searching for a gps connection, but never finds one. Help!

problem solved. unplugged and replugged gps antennae. Thank you
