How do I block unwanted text messages on my Verizon Ellipsis? I am getting unwanted texts asking for presidential campaign donations on my Ellipsis. I want to block texts on my Ellipsis only and on my other phones on the same account.
You will have to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or *611 from your phone and request they remove the text message feature from the line associated with the Ellipsis Jetpack.
