Call Filter iCloud backup size - huge

Can someone explain to me why the Verizon Call Filter application iCloud backup size is so large? My Call Filter backup size is currently running at 920 mb. Compared to the rest of the backup sizes for all of my other apps, this is excessive.

So my question is why is this backup so large? And is this backup even necessary?

We can certainly understand having questions about the backup process with the apps Jamie1752. Because of the different functionalities that each app provides, it would need access to different applications in order to function properly. In doing so, it must check these apps and provide that data when syncing to iCloud which could account for why it shows a number that may seem higher to you. Are you having any trouble with either app at this time?

The question is, why is this app so small with an EMORMOUS data size? Why is it storing nearly 1gb of data? This is exorbitant. App size 48mb. Documents & Data 922mb. Thank you
