my ellipse jetpack MHS900L will not power up. The green light is on but nothing on the display and does not show up on laptop as hotspot. I went through trouble shooter and cannot find anything to match my symptoms. I was able to remove the battery and when plugged in it still displays a green light but nothing on the LCD display
