I switched over to verizon this week, picked up a droid x. I remember setting up my voicemail and greeting when I got the phone, but now I can't seem to access it. I have tried dialing *86 from my phone, as well as calling my mobile number, area code first. Sometimes all I get is a busy signal, and when it does go through instead of getting voicemail prompts I just get a message saying I have reached a nonworking number. I verified through my account online that I do have basic voice mail enabled, and I have done the activation of the device (*228 and option 1)
when calling my phone from another number, it just keeps ringing and doesn't go to voicemail. what can i do?
