Question about caller ID when the call is forwarded.

I have my home phone set to forward calls to my Verizon cell phone. When somebody calls my home number the originating number shows up on caller ID of the cell phone. Is there a way to have my home number appear on the caller ID of the cell phone when somebody calls my home number? This way I will know if the caller dialed my home number (and then decide whether to answer or not) or my cell phone.

There would not be an option for the  caller id  display to show the home number as the phone would only show the number that is calling.  When the call is forwarded, only the calling number is shown, not the number the call was routed from(home number).
