Network extender not able to acquire GPS signal

Any suggestions for a Verizon 4g LTE network extender 2 that is not able to acquire a GPS signal, even in a window?

Hello. We certainly want to ensure you are able to acquire GPS signal on your Network Extender. Which lights do you currently have on your extender? Have you tried rebooting the extender?
