Woke up this morning to 4G LTE Extender stuck on 11a of 14. Rebooted several times with no help. Anyone else??

Same problem. No response from VZW despite 1000s of reports.
There was a post back in 2017 about the same issue.
Here is their response:
Just spoke with Verizon tech support and they confirmed that this is an outage on their end - and apparently nationwide. The rep I spoke with noted that it's been going on for several hours now.
Looks like we just have to wait.
im stuck on 11a also called support said 1hr wait time anyone have any fixes? reset modem , reset my extender. bad bad no go.

Same issue -- reset the unit and rebooted my network twice. Sounds like a software problem on the server??

If you can, use WiFi calling until resolved.

I have reset ours 2 times today and it is stuck on 11A as well.

This is a known nationwide outage affecting 4G Network Extenders. As posted in this thread two hours ago:

My extender has been this way for 3 days. My Cell service signal is very low. That is why I purchased the extender. Either fix the problem or install a cell tower in my neighborhood.
Same Problem. Several reboots and resets. It moved to 11b. No help or assistance from Verizon. Very frustrating

We did have an outage regarding Network Extenders not provisioning through completely. This has been addressed and resolved completely. Please let us know if you are still having trouble with the Network Extender.

Mine started having issues a couple of weeks ago. Still stuck on 11a tried to support and no luck. it rebooted on it's own from what seems to be a firmware update. I thought it was bad so I bought a new one. same thing. unable to make calls or send non-imessage texts. I need to know what to do right know support chat has been worthless. NOT happy right now.
