LTE 4G Network Extender Stuck on 11a of 14

Hi,

My LTE 4G Network Extender has been stuck on 11a of 14 for hours.

I have factory reset it but it still doesn't work.

I am located in Seattle, WA. Is there anyone else experiencing this?

I tried customer support live chat last night and received no help at all.
