Uploading issue

I'm getting the message "a network connection is required to upload media" when I try to upload pictures to my grandpad app. This has never been an issue before. The app is not the issue (reinstalled twice). I get the same message when trying to retrieve articles from apple newsfeed. These issue just started happening. Everything else works fine on my phone. Any ideas? Thank you.

Uploading media is all too common these days, and I want to be sure you can connect to the network when you need to. Thanks as well for the details on what you've done so far with uninstalling the app. It certainly sounds like this isn't isolated to just the app, so let's keep pressing forward. To begin, where is this occurring (indoors only, outdoors, work, home, etc.)? What difference do you see when you're on the Verizon network versus a Wi-Fi connection for the upload? What is your signal strength showing on the device when this occurs?
