Is the extender really incompatible with the Apple iPhone 11 pro?
That would be odd. Works fine with both of our iPhone SE 2002's, which are newer than the iPhone 11. Although they have chipsets in common.
What are you seeing that makes you ask this question? Does your Network Extender work with another phone other than the iPhone 11 at your house? Just curious if you've gotten anything to connect with your Network Extender? Does it come all the way up with a solid blue light?
Or is this a rhetorical question asked in advance of actually getting a Network Extender?
Our goal is for you to have a working phone, Lakeman2. We want to get some additional details on this situation with your network extender. Are you having any issues connecting this device to the network extender? Please share more details on this situation.

@vzw_customer_support , @gersong_vzw It sounds like @Lakeman2 , has heard/seen something that leads them to believe that that iPhone 11 Pro model might be supported by the 4G LTE Network Extender 2, but wants to CLARIFY it. Maybe there is someone out there with the iPhone 11 Pro that can confirm or VZW Tech Support can confirm?

It is compatible, according to the FAQ's and one Review at https://www.verizon.com/products/samsung-4g-lte-network-extender-2/?adobe_mc=MCMID%3D15337268041350257576960962872868147362%7CMCAID%3D2D242C54851D0207-6000013860010DE0%7CMCORGID%3D843F02BE53271A1A0A490D4C%2540AdobeOrg%7CTS%3D1597869981&mboxSession=3b0f1f0f72c840d3a8604aa44080738b#reviewsHeading
You just need to find someone with an extender close to you and see if it works for you, #48.
