When opening the phone app. where it shows favorites, recents,contacts, etc ,,,, when clicking on voicemail, it says No voivemail. ,, but when entering*86 it says there is voicemail. Why when clickibg voicemail does it say there is none?
I would be wondering what is going on too, Coachman5. I would love to help. I do want to clarify a few things. Have you restarted your phone? Have you ever been able to see your voicemails before? Do you recall doing anything differently on your phone?
