Sudden 3G and 1x only

This past week the phones on my plan on get 3g, 1x, or no service at all. I called yesterday and did everything tech support but didn’t help. What is going on?? I need my phones to work now more than ever because my kids are doing virtual schooling. I’m receiving text messages 3 days later.

We reset the statistics, took my sim out and put it back in. I live 1.5 miles
