Toyota Bluetooth resets with Iphone XR calls are dropped

I have an Iphone XR that constantly drops calls when connected to my Toyota Highlander via bluetooth. The Toyota radio goes into a reset mode and my phone is still connected to the call but no one can hear me. I have another Iphone xr that does not have this problem. Toyota reloaded the software, but that did not help. Should I remove the entune app.

Thank you for the details. I would imagine this is frustrating. Do you have any other Bluetooth devices that have the same issues? Yes. I would remove the app and reinstall it as the first step.

I do not have any problems with other bluetooth devices. I do not understand why one phone works and the other is having the problem. Entune is installed on both devices. Is ENTUNE needed at all.

Maybe I should totally discard ENTUNE.

Great question! Were you able to remove and re install the Entune app? Could you try syncing directly to your vehicle's Bluetooth connection? Also, is your device software up to date? - ChristianP_VZW
