How can the Primary Parent's location be shared in Smart Family? It allows the "Parent" location to be shared, but not the "Primary Parent"?
We want to make we have all the details to fully answer your questions. Do you have a Premium Smart Family Subscription or regular Smart Family? How are you currently attempting to view it and what device are you using to view it?
I also have this issue and we have premium plan and Motorola edge + devices
