Apple is replacing AW Series 5, how do I move cellular to the replacement?

Apple is replacing my AW Series 5 because of some really bizarre issues it has had recently. My main question is will Verizon charge another activation fee for moving my cellular plan from my current AW 5 to the replacement AW 5? And how do I go about moving the cellular plan from one watch to the other?
