I understand the explanation rendered by Verizon but I think there is a little more to the explanation that has to be addressed by Verizon. My wife and I both have identical cell phones. It took 18 minutes for a text message she sent me across the room at out kitchen table to be received by my cell phone. Same Phones, Same Verizon wireless service - 18 minutes to travel 10 feet.....Hmmmm. There seems to me that there has to be more to the explanation.
