We have two problems. First, we reported not having caller ID and voice mail on our landline phone. A technician was scheduled for an appointment at our home on November 9th, 2020. No technician arrived, however. Second, we tried to contact Verizon by phone today--November 16th, 2020. Unfortunately, all our phone service is down today. Our phones are all wireless. The "landline" and hand-held phones are not operating.
