Is the LTE Home Internet subject to deprioritization? I've been using Verizon prepaid for a few years without issue until recently the download speed gets very slow during peak times. I'm thinking about switching to LTE Home Internet if it is not subject to deprioritization like prepaid.

No, it is not subject to deprioritization. I was in the same situation as you and I switched and it has been so much better. I am currently having issues with my router, but I think they have determined that it is a firmware update issue. Hopefully there will be new firmware soon. Other than that issue it has been dramatically better than my prepaid hotspot.
