I was able to report spam messages on my iphone xs a couple of times. I received a text asking for the phone number. Now when I try to report spam to 7726, a message comes to me under known senders. I logged on with chat and the verizon rep told me that nothing could be done other than to change my phone number. It seems to me that there would be other options and I would not have to change my number. Does anyone else have this problem, and if you do, what is a solution.
