Loyal Customers Can't get discounts

I am trying to buy 2 new iphone 11s with the cyber Monday deal and was informed that you can only get the deal if you are a new customer or add a new line!!

I have been a customer for over 10 years with verizon with 4 lines on a plan and find it ridiculous that they won't give a cyber Monday deal to a loyal customer!!!!

So discouraging! I've been with Verizon for over 20 years, with multiple phone upgrades and 3 additional lines throughout the years. Frustrating there are rarely any discounts for current customers.
