I have an LG G6 phone and as of 2 days ago when I try to add an emoji to my text, I get the text "smiley face" instead of the icon. I have gone on line for a fix, but nothing is working. Is anyone else having this problem?

Emojis are fun to use on text messages so I can understand your concern. Has there been a recent software update on your phone or any other change?
