My jetpack hotspot will literally say full charged when I plug it in to it's original charger on a wall outlet and as soon as I unplug it it says its 16%.. Sometimes it'll tell me it has no service or cannot connect to service but the next day in the same place it'll connect fine.. What do I do, can I hard reset to get it to work?
