For the last two years I have not been able to get a phone call on my iPhone 8+ I have complained and have been told that my phone and the service was fine because the Verizon person was able to call me, I am so tired of this, I think there is someone at Verizon who has blocked my calls. I would rather not have a cell phone and go to my land line. I suggested this to customer service and they told me that their staff are held to the highest confidentiality. Right someone has done something to block my service.
