Why has Verizon stopped the feature of being able to view the data usage for the current months billing cycle online? I need to know detailed usage for each line, not just all data usage. The steps given to access the cycle don't work. This is a violation of consumer rights, so Verizon needs to fix this. I did a chat and the rep said once the bill is generated, I can't see that feature. That's ridiculous and can't be right. Do I have to report Verizon to higher authorities to get it resolved?
