Swap phone numbers, after buy one get one

Purchased 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max, with one new line. Want to swap phone numbers from third line without killing the BOGO. Rep on phone said couldn’t. Not wanting to cancel third line, will keep all plans and installment payments. Thank you in advance.

Jpp123, we'll help clear up the details for you here. Just to be clear you want to have one of your existing lines replace another line on your account?

You can always swap devices between your existing phone lines, but we can't change the mobile number for the new line of service as this would impact the BOGO promotion.

Even though all lines and payment plans would stay fully active, the phone number swap would negate the BOGO deal?

Could the new device, the 12 Pro Max switch the the third line without affecting the BOGO? Installment plan and service would remain the same?

Jpp123, you can move devices from one line to another on the same account. For example, if you're interested in moving the physical device associated with the new line to a different number on the account you can.
