I just received my new iPhone and installed the My Verizon app. Every time I open it, the following error message appears on the screen: "Our system is unavailable at the moment." At the bottom of the screen there are two buttons: "Feedback" and "Retry". When I click on "Retry", I continue to see the same error message as above. When I click on "Feedback", the following error message appears on the screen: "On no, your session expired." and below it: "Please sign back in". At the bottom of the screen is a button: "Sign in". When I click that button it takes me back to the original page with this same message: "Our system is unavailable....". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I've restarted my phone several times.
Any suggestions?
