Diminished cell reception and multiple dropped calls

Hi Verizon,

I live in the SF Bay Area (Zip 94501) and have been a customer for 8 years with very few problems. Suddenly in the last two months my reception in and around my home went from 4 bars and great reception to one bar and dropped calls multiple times a day. Pretty frustrating. What do I need to do to get back to 4 bars and reliable service?

Other have same problem myself included I been waiting over 4 weeks now for the promised schedule tech visit where they got tower and fix it I been reporting this issue for months

Can you please confirm whether this is an issue with Verizon Wireless or home Fios? Also, do you have a ticket number for a network ticket that may have submitted when you originally inquired about this issue?

I have had 3 tickets first was totally ignored

other 2 just got a scripted auto reply

1 month ago I was "schedualed" to have a tech goto the tower ( i.e. actually show up ) and do repair(s) still not happened

just get same scripts excuses
