Apple music refund question

I just received my bill and saw Apple Music charge of $9.99. I canceled it today.

Has anyone who has canceled received a refund? I went to Apple Music after I canceled and no longer have it, so I'm guessing I should receive a refund, but can't find any information on Verizon's website. Thanks!
